One rate covers October 1 through May 31. There is no monthly billing, no administrative fee and no surcharge for heat. Multiply your boat’s length by 100 for the season total.

All lengths are priced the same way: length × $100, subject to available space. Jet skis and other towables are priced by trailer length. For boats over 32′, please call to confirm clearance.

Our storage model has specific limitations. Please review them before reserving.
No access during the season
Because the building is loaded to capacity, vessels cannot be reached between October and May. If you need winter access, another facility will suit you better.
Full season only
Storage is sold as a single eight-month term. We do not offer month-to-month or partial-season contracts.
Outdoor storage costs less
Outdoor storage with shrink wrap has a lower up-front cost. Heated indoor storage is worth the difference primarily for boats with upholstery, electronics or finish work you want to protect.
Reserve before the building fills
The heated building holds a fixed number of vessels and spaces are assigned first come, first served. Once it is full, we are closed for the season.
